Your local Job Center can provide wage subsidy and tax incentive program information that can translate into tax savings.

Dislocated Worker Services
If your business is planning a layoff or plant closing, a professional team can help with a wide variety of services for your dislocated workers. The team can provide information about retraining, supportive services, employment search assistance, resume development and more.


Supervisory Training
The Job Center offers no cost training for your supervisors in the area of leadership, diversity, performance evaluations, staff motivation and mentoring.

You can conduct job interviews at the Job Center and access our qualified pool of applicants.


Job Fairs
The Job Center in partnership with Gateway Technical College hosts the annual Walworth County Job Fair where employers have an opportunity to meet with qualified candidates to meet their employment needs. Specialized Job Fairs to meet employer needs are also available.

Assessment and Testing
The Job Center offers a variety of standardized assessment and testing services, including academic, aptitude, and interest testing.
